Unified Medicine Project, Part One Unified Medicine Project, Part Two
Someone compare the relationship between Chinese Medicine (CM) and Western Medicine (WM) to the relationship between the Democratic Party and the Republican Party in the United States. However, ACMA deems that this is only partially true from the viewpoint of patient market competition. There is a significant difference in medicine competition. Due to the exist of the third party -- patient, the medicine competition should take a very different course from other competitions. ACMA deems that in fighting diseases and saving lives, there is only one medicine -- the one that works the best for the patients, no matter what it is named. The best therapeutic outcome will be achieved when the Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine cooperate with each other and complement one another to form a "Unified Medicine" which combines the merits of both medicines. For more information on this and other related issues, please see the Unified Medicine Project, Part One Unified Medicine Project, Part Two
