you are an ACMA patient and you want ACMA to add your email address to the group list directly, please send a
message to
info@americanchinesemedicineassociation.org to
request ACMA to issue you a full membership. Please
indicating your name or the patient's name in your message in order to
prove that you are an ACMA patient.

II -- Do It Yourself

Go to the group's website
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ACMAPatientGroup

Click "Join This Group!";

(3)
Enter your "Yahoo ID" and "Password";

Note: If you don't have a Yahoo
ID and Password, you may obtain a Yahoo ID and Password by clicking
"Sign Up" and then following instructions there.

Then follow the direction there to complete the form to request a
membership to ACMAPatientGroup.

Note:
(a) If you are an ACMA
patient, please provide your name in the "Comment to Owner"
box in the steps of joining the group.

Waiting for your membership to be approved by ACMA.
