Prostate Cancer Treatment

Prostate cancer is a progressive adenocarcinoma of the prostate gland, which usually is accompanied by urinary outflow obstruction and elevated prostate-specific antigen (PSA).

Western Medicine treatments for prostate cancer include surgery, radiation therapy, and hormones therapy, etc.  Because these treatments success rate is low, the prostate cancer is the third leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States each year.

ACMA Prostate Cancer Treatment

ACMA has treated a prostate cancer patient at the ACMA Cancer Center.  The ACMA treatment results are as follows.

1. Before ACMA Cancer Center Treatment

The patient was a 57 years old male.  He was diagnosed as prostate cancer in 2002 with a PSA of 5.61.  He then received radiation therapy in 2002.  After radiation therapy, his PSA dropped to 1.9 in 2003.  According to his oncologist, his PSA should be below 1.00.  However, his PSA had never been reduced to below 1.00 during the radiation therapy.

In 2004, his PSA started increasing.  When he first visit ACMA in August 2004, his PSA had increased to 2.61, and was continuously increasing.  His cancer had relapsed.

This time, the patient did not want to use radiation therapy again.  He was referred by another patient to ACMA.  He decided to try the ACMA Cancer Center treatment.

2. One Month After ACMA Cancer Center Treatment

After one month's ACMA treatment, the patient did a PSA test to see how effective ACMA cancer treatment is.  The PSA had been decreased to 1.45, which was the lowest number he had got since radiation therapy.  The cancer relapse trend had been stopped and reversed after one month's ACMA cancer treatment.

In addition, most of the patient's signs and symptoms had been improved too.

3. Four Months After ACMA Cancer Center Treatment

The patient did another PSA test four months after ACMA treatment.  This time, the PSA was decreased to 0.98.  For the first time since the patient had got prostate cancer, the patient's PSA had been decreased to below 1.00.  This had been achieved by means of ACMA Cancer Center treatment.

According to his oncologist, the normal range PSA value for him is below 1.00.  So his PSA had become normal at this time.

His other signs and symptoms also continuously improved.

4. Eight Months After ACMA Cancer Center Treatment

The patient did another PSA test eight months after ACMA treatment.  The PSA value was further decreased to 0.91.

Other signs and symptoms had also been improving.

5. Eleven Months After ACMA Cancer Center Treatment

The patient did another PSA test eleven months after ACMA cancer treatment.  The PSA value was further decreased to 0.80.

Other signs and symptoms had also been improving.

6. Stop ACMA Cancer Center Treatment

After one year ACMA cancer treatment, the patient's PSA and all other signs and symptoms had all become normal.  So the ACMA Cancer Center had stopped his cancer treatment.

7. Other Treatments

During ACMA cancer treatment, the patient had not received any other Western Medicine treatments such as surgery, radiation therapy, and hormones therapy, etc.

8. Side Effects

During the ACMA Cancer Center treatments, the patient has not received any side effects from the ACMA treatments.

9. Six Months After Stopping ACMA Treatment

The patient did another PSA test six months after stopping the ACMA treatment.  The PSA was 0.70.

10. One Year After Stopping ACMA Treatment

The patient did another PSA test one year after stopping the ACMA treatment.  The PSA was 0.62.  His prostate cancer has not relapsed after stopping ACMA Cancer Center treatment for one year.
