There is no membership fee for ACMA patients to join this group. Since this group is for ACMA patients only, membership applications from non-ACMA patients will be denied.
Steps to join the ACMA Patient Group:
(a) Go to the ACMA Patient Group Website.
(b) Click "Join This Group!".
(c) Enter your Yahoo ID and Password. If you do not have a Yahoo ID and Password, please get them at Yahoo first (it's free to apply for a Yahoo ID and password).
(d) In Step 1, in the "Comment to Owner" box, please provide your name and indicate that you are an ACMA patient. Without proofing that you are an ACMA patient, your membership application will be denied.
(e) Follow the next instructions there.
(f) Click "Join".
Your group membership will be approved soon after your request has been processed.
