If you are an ACMA patient or a referral patient, you are eligible to join the ACMA Patient Group and get access to information on ACMA treatment. Steps to join the ACMA Patient Group are as follows: (a) Go to the ACMA Patient Group Website. (b) Click "Join This Group!". There is no membership fee to join the group, but this group is open for ACMA patients only, and non-ACMA patient's applications will be denied. (c) Enter your Yahoo ID and Password. If you do not have a Yahoo ID and Password, please sign up and get them at Yahoo first. (d) In Step 1, in the "Comment to Owner" box, if you are an ACMA patient, please indicate your name and when did you receive the ACMA treatment; if you are referred by an ACMA patient, please indicate the ACMA patient's name. Membership applications without ACMA patient's referral will be denied. (e) Enter the text as it is shown in the box below. This step helps Yahoo! prevent automated registrations. (f) Click "Join". (g) Wait for the approval of your membership. Steps to Get Access to Information on ACMA Treatment and After you have joined the group, 1. Go to the ACMA Patient Group Website. 2. Click Sign In. 3. Enter your Yahoo ID and Password. 4. Click "Messages" on the left hand column. Previous group messages on ACMA Treatment and ACMA Cancer Treatment have been saved in this section. 5. Click "Files" on the left hand column. All documents on ACMA Treatment and ACMA Cancer Treatment have been uploaded and saved in this section.
