How To Change ACMA Patient Group Email Setting

I. Group Email Setting Options

ACMA Patient Group has four email setting options as follows.  All group members can change their email setting options themselves to the one they like.

1. Individual Email

Individual Email is the group's default setting.  Under this setting, you will receive each group message and special notice individually and immediately.

This option is suitable for group members who involve in group discussions and send group messages, and group members who do not mind receiving many group emails a day.

Under this setting, you can always sign in the group at the ACMA Patient Group Website to read individual emails, reply to group emails, and involve in group discussion.

2. Daily Digest

Under Daily Digest setting, all group emails in one day will be combined into one large message.  You will only receive the combined message daily.  You still can see all individual group emails, but the total amount of emails you receive everyday will be limited to one a day.

This option is suitable for group members who do not involve in group discussions, want to receive group emails, but do not want to receive large amount of group emails everyday.

Under this setting, you can always sign in the group at the ACMA Patient Group Website to read individual emails, reply to group emails, and involve in group discussion.

3. Special Notices

Under Special Notices setting, you will only receive important email notices from the group moderator, and will not receive other group discussion emails.

This option is suitable for group members who only want to receive group moderator's notices, and do not want to receive other group emails daily, and would like to read group emails and discussions at the group website when they have a chance.

Under this setting, you can always sign in the group at the ACMA Patient Group Website to read individual emails, reply to group emails, and involve in group discussion.

4. Web Only

Under Web Only setting, you will not receive any group emails and notices.

This option is suitable for group members who do not want to receive any group emails, and would like to read group emails and discussions at the group website when they have a chance.

Under this setting, you can always sign in the group at the ACMA Patient Group Website to read individual emails, reply to group emails, and involve in group discussion.
